Metal profile manufacturing and steel structure fabrication
From coil to finished profile — every step of the process under our control.
Our production process starts with receiving galvanized steel coils from China. Every coil is checked against its certificate: thickness, zinc coating weight and surface quality.
Coils are slit to the required width and fed into the roll-forming machines. The profile takes shape across 12-16 roller stages — achieving precise geometry without stressing the metal.
Finished profiles pass through an automatic measuring station. One in every 50 profiles is also checked by hand: width, height, edge straightness and length. Only then is the product packed and moved to the warehouse.
