1. General

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the kalesan.pro website ("Site"). The Site is owned by Kalesan LLC ("Company"). By using the Site you accept these Terms.

2. Products and prices

Product descriptions and specifications on the Site are for information purposes. Prices are quoted in ₼ (Azerbaijani manat). The Company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice; confirmed orders are not affected by such changes.

3. Orders and payment

Requests sent through the Site forms do not constitute an order — they are a request for a quotation. An order only takes effect on the basis of an agreed invoice or contract. Payment is accepted in cash, by bank transfer or by card.

4. Delivery

Delivery times: Baku and Absheron — 1 business day, regions — 2-3 business days. Delivery is free for orders above 500 ₼. Lead times may be extended in force-majeure circumstances.

5. Warranty and returns

Profile products carry a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Defects caused by mechanical damage, improper storage or installation are not covered. Defective products must be reported within 5 business days of receipt.

6. Limitation of liability

The Company does not warrant that the information on the Site is uninterrupted or error-free. The Company is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the Site.

7. Cookies and privacy

The Site uses cookies to improve your experience. Personal data submitted through contact forms (name, phone, email) is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not shared with third parties.
